What is your return policy for party supplies and decorations?

Eligible party supplies may be returned if unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Clearance items, final sale products, custom orders, and special orders are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

What should I do if my party decorations arrive damaged?

If your party supplies arrive damaged, please contact Très Chic Party Boutique within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and shipping box. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be issued based on availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop the shipment and issue a refund.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. If re-shipping is declined, the order will be refunded minus shipping charges.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Orders ship from Durham, North Carolina. Customers may include a required delivery date in the order notes at checkout.
