Eligible party supplies may be returned if unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Clearance items, final sale products, custom orders, and special orders are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. What should I do if my party decorations arrive damaged?
