Flamingo Tissue Tassel Kit

Makes 16 DIY tassels and assembled garland spans approximately 6 feet. The tissue is pre-cut and twine for hanging is included. Instructions for assembly are pictured on the package insert. Made with 100% recycled tissue paper. Colors: Dark Pink, Black, Hot Pink, Blush

As you see noted, the tassels are DIY.  Please allow ~30 minutes for assembly.  They are WELL worth the work, with gorgeous colors and a quality product.
