One of our most popular products! Tissue paper tassels cascade delicately from this giant balloon. It makes a huge impact at either a small gathering or large event.  It includes a kit to make a matching tassel tail to hang off the balloon.

This Mulled Wine balloon kit is wonderful for a Bachelorette party or a wine tasting with the girls!  Try pairing it with the matching Tassel Garland or our other Merlot and Rose' latex wine balloons.

IMPORTANT! Tassel Tails are DIY Kits. The tassels/fringe come pre-cut - all you need to do is twist the paper to make loops at the top. The entire tail can take ~30 minutes to assemble, so please plan ahead.
