Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly of any delays.
All orders are shipped from our location in Durham, North Carolina (USA).
Free Shipping Offer
We currently offer free domestic standard shipping on orders of $60 or more (subtotal before tax and shipping).
Beginning June 1, 2026, the free shipping threshold will increase to $79.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method, package size, and destination. You will receive tracking updates via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days
(e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, FedEx Ground Economy) -
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
(e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground/3-Day, FedEx Home Delivery) -
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
(e.g., USPS Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2-Day or Overnight)
Important:
Shipping times do not include order processing time. The day the order is placed, weekends, and holidays are not considered transit days.
For time-sensitive events, we recommend placing economy shipping orders at least 8–10 business days in advance.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
- The customer is responsible for the cost to re-ship the order.
- If the customer declines re-shipment, the order will be canceled.
- A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Transit times may vary, particularly during high-volume seasons. We strongly encourage ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
