Shipping

THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN DELIVERY ACROSS ALL CARRIERS, ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. PLEASE ORDER EARLY.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  There may be times when items are temporarily out-of-stock or on back order. We will notify you of any delays.  

We offer free domestic standard shipping on orders with minimum of $60 (subtotal before sales tax or shipping).  

Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.

We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Durham, North Carolina.

Shipping cost and time is dependent upon shipping method, size of package and location. You will receive emails when your package has been shipped and throughout the shipping process.  

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to Trés Chic Party Boutique in the ordering process.  If a shipped order package is returned to Trés Chic Party Boutique for an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible to pay the new shipping costs to re-ship out the order.  If the customer does not wish to pay the re-ship fee, the order will be canceled.  All monies will be refunded, with the exception of the shipping costs.  If the customer received a free shipping promotion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total.  

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping time does not include the day order is placed or the time to process the order. Weekends and holidays are not considered transit days for any of the above shipping methods.

Economy: Domestic deliveries can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on where your package is going. (i.e. USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, etc.)

Standard: Domestic deliveries can take up to 3-4 business days to arrive depending on where your package is going. (i.e. USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or 3-Day (if available), etc.)

Express: Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days depending on where your package is going. (USPS Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc.)

For economy orders, we recommend ordering at least 8-10 business days before your event to allow ample time for processing and shipping.

We strive to get your purchases to you quickly and these shipping estimates are on the conservative side. However, we cannot guarantee exact third-party shipping times.
