Return Policy (Refunds / Exchanges)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Clearance/final sale items, custom products, special orders, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned.

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  The item must be returned to and received by Très Chic Party Boutique within 30-days of your order delivery date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.  If you received a promotional shipping discount or free shipping on your order, that amount would be deducted from your refund, if your order total drops below the store's free shipping threshold subtotal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

If your item arrives damaged, please Contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.  You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item, as well as a photo of the exterior shipping box, if it is also damaged. 

We respond to you with approval and will provide a refund or replacement (if stock allows).  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund for returns received within 14 days of the item delivery date, based on the tracking information provided.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
