These tassels are machine cut from premium grade tissue paper, for crisp edges and rich color.

IMPORTANT! Tassel Tails are DIY Kits. The tassels/fringe come pre-cut - all you need to do is twist the paper to make loops at the top. The entire tail can take 30-45 minutes to assemble, so please plan ahead.
