Très Chic Party Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for a secure checkout experience.

What is your return policy for party supplies and decorations?

Eligible party supplies may be returned if unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Clearance items, final sale products, custom orders, and special orders are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

What should I do if my party decorations arrive damaged?

If your party supplies arrive damaged, please contact Très Chic Party Boutique within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and shipping box. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be issued based on availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop the shipment and issue a refund.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. If re-shipping is declined, the order will be refunded minus shipping charges.

Do you ship party supplies internationally?

At this time, Très Chic Party Boutique ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How long does it take to process and ship party supply orders?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Orders ship from Durham, North Carolina. Customers may include a required delivery date in the order notes at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on party supplies?

Yes, Très Chic Party Boutique offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60 within the continental United States.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to a 4.75% state sales tax plus applicable local or county rates. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

What if I receive the wrong party item?

If you receive an incorrect party item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Can I place a large or bulk order for party supplies?

Yes, bulk party supply orders are available for baby showers, birthdays, holidays, weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations. Availability depends on product type, quantity, and timeline.

I can’t find the party theme, color, or quantity I need. Can you help?

Yes. Très Chic Party Boutique has access to a wide range of party decorations and themed party supplies beyond what is listed on the website. Contact us and we will do our best to source what you need.

I’m an event planner. Can I place a special or custom party order?

Yes, event planners and customers hosting large events may inquire about special orders and custom party supplies. Please reach out with your event details and quantities.
