A gorgeous confetti balloon filled with the option of pink or blue confetti.  Includes a kit to make a pink, blue, cream, and gold tassel tail to hang off the balloon.

Tissue paper tassels cascade delicately from this giant balloon. It makes a huge impact at either a small gathering or large event.

IMPORTANT! Tassel Tails are DIY Kits. The tassels/fringe come pre-cut - all you need to do is twist the paper to make loops at the top. The entire tail can take 45 minutes to an hour to assemble, so please plan ahead.
